RETURNS POLICY

Products may be returned within the specified timeframes below, subject to prior authorization approval. All returns must be in unused condition with the original packaging intact. Any damage or missing accessories will result in additional charges on top of the restocking fee.

Manual Chairs:

  • Eligible for return within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies plus our standard shipping rate: $130.00 per chair.
  • Returns will not be accepted unless the customer retains ALL original packaging materials.

Power 800H & Power 900H Chairs:

  • Eligible for return within 7 days of receipt.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies plus our standard shipping rate: $200.00 per chair.
  • Returns or service requests will not be accepted unless the customer retains ALL original packaging materials.

Additional Notes:

  • Additional fees may apply depending on the product’s condition or if parts/packaging are missing. Evac+Chair North America LLC reserves the right to accept or decline returns based on these factors.
  • Return shipping costs for any product are not covered by Evac+Chair North America LLC.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Anti-Theft Alarm Device
  • Secure Storage Cabinet
  • iEvac Smoke Hood
  • Power Chair Batteries
  • All Evacuation Sleds, sheets and Mats
